With Contenmanagemensystem, how to design a database model to record client's history activity?

In my App,a question answering application. Once user answer user B's question Q in time X,I should push message to B that had answered Q.

Data security prevents unauthorized users from viewing or updating the database. In many cases the entire database is replicated.
It comprises the internal (physical) level in the database architecture.

I have also got this error because of using two different contexts. Then I downloaded The Database Programmer: History Tables using a browser and overwrote the bad version
