Developing for Clickonce - signing Visual Studio manifest with PFX fails

I am having issue that seems to have been discussed on several occasions, but alas no solution seems to work for me.

Re: is code obfuscation done before code signing or after code signing.

Perhaps you should take this as a hint that your development database is too big
I also just found Visual Studio Tools for Office (VSTO) : ClickOnce
