Developing for Ipython, error installing from GitHub using pip on Windows

I am on Windows machine and I want to install Python module from GitHub using pip directly from IPython.

Interesting example here 1 installing scrapy GitHub it exactly what you need
Just add the jars and you should see no errors in console during tomcat start up
